The festival-goers can apply for reimbursement until the 31st of May at midnight regardless of their point of sale.

1-day pass

Holders of a 1-day pass for Friday who want to apply for reimbursement are asked to contact their point of sale (provided that the ticket has not been used to attend the festival on Saturday or Sunday).
If the tickets have been purchased in a physical point of sale, the holders are asked to go to their point of sale in person with their ticket to apply for reimbursement before the 31st of May 2019. Please note that the reimbursement will be made against surrender of the ticket.
If the tickets have been purchased online, holders are asked to apply for reimbursement by email before the 31st of May 2019. Please join the ticket to your email.

3-day pass

For the festival-goers applying for reimbursement for a 3-day pass, they will be refunded with 1/3 of the amount of their ticket on request.
To this end, they can email remboursement@musilacmontblanc.com before the 31st of May 2019. Please add to the email your ticket, bank details and your point of sale.

Tickets purchased on the festival website:

People who purchased their ticket on the festival website are asked to email remboursement@musilacmontblanc.com before the 31st of May 2019. Please join your ticket to the email.

Tickets purchased at the tourist office:

People who purchased their ticket at a tourist office are asked to contact the tourist office in Chamonix which will centralize all reimbursement applications until the 31st of May 2019.
To apply for reimbursement, you can either go directly to the tourist office in Chamonix or email info@chamonix.com.
Reimbursement application for the 1-day (Friday) or 3-day pass:
– can be made at the tourist office of Chamonix only against surrender of your ticket (provided that the ticket has not been used to attend the festival on Saturday or Sunday).
– can be made by email. Please join your ticket to the email.

CASHLESS

For the festival-goers who want to apply for reimbursement for the cashless they credited on their account for the concerts of Friday and who did not report it to Saturday or Sunday are asked to email cashless@morgane-events.fr before the 31st of May 2019.


Refund times may vary. They will be carried out throughout the month of May.
